Service and maintenance work
Coater Service Ltd will do service and maintenance work for reels, unwinders, winders, calanders, sizers and coating heads.
Examples for coating heads( Valmet, Voith, Jagenberg)

We will do report after work including all things we find out and also the plan what to do in future to keep machine in good condition.
Measurements
We are able to do the following measurements:
-Force (line force)
-Movement (speed & synchronization)
-Pressure
-Line measurement (Tachometer, theodolite)
We have multi-channel test equipment which when connected via a PC will produce line-diagrams enabling multiple measurement of various process.
With our test-measurements we are able to prove the machines general condition & also find any possible faults that may exist.
We ensure that our test equipment is suitable for our customers machine(s) & if needed we produce a suitable adaptor to facilitate the testing.
Multi-channel measurement is possible with the use of various sensors used simultaneously, these sensors enable us to make all standard measurements.
We are also developing our testing procedures on an on going basis plus of course we are up-to-date with the current test equipment trends.

Testing
We test to establish the condition of the machine & if necessary make appropriate adjustments. After we have completed the tests we will send a test report that details the tests that we have done & clearly states what faults we found. We will also send a detailed description of how we would proceed in the future to ensure the smooth running the equipment.
